Tonight I went to take photos with kennymatic and dabu6o4 with the purpose of shooting in the rain. Well it didn’t quite work out because 1) it stopped raining, there wasn’t even a drizzle left and 2) by the time we got out there, the roads weren’t even wet anymore. All was not lost though as we were able to get some decent shots.
I decided to post some more graffiti shots. I just love the colors and the style of graffiti.
Sorry for the lack of updates. Few nites ago I hit the skate park by PNE and spent the evening shooting around Granville Island with a friend.
I went out with my cousin Vince today and taught him some stuff I learned about photography since he recently got a Canon XSI. So for the day we drove around and did a short photowalk. His Canon wasn’t too hard to figure out for me even though I’ve never used a Canon before. Pretty nice camera I’d have to say. We were at a park near the Pacific Coliseum in Vancouver and they have a skateboard park there with a lot of great graffiti. We didn’t stay long as it was getting a bit cold and my battery was running on low so I was trying to conserve it for later. I’ll have to go back in the spring and shoot around there some more and hopefully get some action shots of the skateboarders there.
