Yesterday I went to the Vancouver Aquarium with my cousins. I haven’t been there for awhile and never with a dslr so it was quite fun to take photos and hang out with family. My photos turned out better than I thought it would considering that I haven’t shot photos in an aquarium before. I had to deal with low light and shooting behind glass. There were a lot of tourists with dslr’s that were shooting with their popup flashes. I just shook my head as I’m sure their photos had huge flashes of light bouncing back off the glass at them. I cranked my ISO to 1600 and 3200 for a lot of the shots in the dimly lit indoors and the D90 handled it fine.
