The weather was a bit overcast but the sun started to peek out by the late morning. We checked out New Brighton Park (which I’ll post a few photos in a later post) and the skateboard park by the Pacific National Exhibition in Vancouver. It was the first time I’ve been there where there was nobody using it so we were able to walk around freely inside the bowl. The surrounding park around the area is also worth walking around.

So I scrambled to get about 49 pages laid out into my book and sent it off Monday evening. Well talk about fast turn around time, it shipped out Tuesday night from New York and got to my work the next morning! This is the second book I have done and I decided to break it up into three sections. Landscape photos, urban photos and portraits. I also went with the no charge linen cover. The first book I made with Mypublisher was a glossy slipcover which while it looked great, it was a fingerprint magnet. The quality of the print job was so so. On some of the pages, there were artifacts on the paper and I’ll be calling them to see if I can get a reprint.
